About The Position

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Coordinator / Technology Project Coordinator (TPC) to support Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) bond-funded technology projects. The Technology Project Coordinator will work closely with the Technology Project Management team to support planning, coordination, documentation, reporting, and successful execution of various IT projects across the district. This position supports projects involving networking, wireless systems, VoIP, physical security systems, enterprise devices, server infrastructure, and asset management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating or managing multiple IT projects
  • Experience supporting technology-related projects within construction, engineering, or capital improvement programs
  • Familiarity with the full project lifecycle including planning, design, implementation, and closeout
  • Experience supporting technologies such as: Networking, Servers, VoIP, CCTV, Wireless systems, Storage systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support multiple IT projects simultaneously
  • Maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track meeting minutes
  • Assist with project status reporting and risk tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and consultants
  • Support project closeout activities and documentation management
  • Assist with technical scope development and project submittals
  • Track project budgets and schedules
  • Support implementation of IT systems including: Network infrastructure, Wireless systems, VoIP communications, CCTV / security systems, Servers and endpoint deployments, Asset tracking systems
