Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendor contracts. Serve as a Contracts and IT projects advisor. Advocate for customers/clients within the IT contract management process. Provide contract-related advice to IT project teams and ensure that project plans allow sufficient time for purchasing and contract negotiation and execution. Provide leadership in the Contracts area by ensuring work is completed in a timely manner. Act as an escalation point for clients in the contracts process. This position will be responsible for managing key contract activities to include: Leads and supports renewal functions for critical IT vendor contracts Tracks key contract playbook activities and milestones Leads meetings with key stakeholders to include executive management Collaborates closely with the Chief Negotiator, IS Negotiation team, key vendors, Asset Services, IS Finance and other partnering teams.
