About The Position

Assist the NASA Mission Cloud (NMC) Business Manager and NASA Mission Cloud Project Manager on various tasks including but not limited to Materials procurement planning, execution, and tracking Contract mechanics execution with Agency wide contract vehicles Multi-center financial coordination in concert with NMC OCFO personnel Execution of NMC supporting contract task creation, monitoring, and updating Normalization of cost and status information across contracts Lead activities regarding NMC Procurements where permissible in coordination with the NMC Business Manager Internal and external communications and outreach Internal and external system usage training activities Creation and distribution of NMC related invoicing process, approaches, and execution Requisition

Requirements

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in a related area and normally possess 15 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
In-depth experience with NASA Procurement, Contract and Resource Management
Experience working as a self-starter, independent and in conjuction with NASA Civil Servants
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency may be a requirement for this position.
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
