About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking a forward-thinking IT Business Analyst to translate business needs into actionable solutions and help project teams deliver impactful results. The role partners closely with stakeholders, supports modernization initiatives, and enables continuous improvement across the project lifecycle. The analyst applies analytical expertise and domain knowledge to clarify requirements, maintain momentum, and ground decisions in data. Responsibilities include supporting planning, assessing business implications at each phase, and fostering communication between technical and functional team members, particularly in Agile delivery environments. The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and is hybrid.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis supporting IT modernization or transformation efforts.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting process modernization using platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, or Dynamics 365.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a professional environment with technical and functional team members.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to navigate stakeholder conflict and lead client requirements-gathering and status-update meetings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Azure DevOps or products such as JIRA.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform.
• Knowledge of requirements and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Master's degree.
