About The Position

The IT Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, partnering to understand business needs and translate them into practical, high-impact technology solutions. This role involves collaborating across various departments such as Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Engineering to identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving business performance. The analyst will transform business challenges into clear priorities by gathering, analyzing, and defining requirements for processes, systems, data, and reporting. They will support enhancements to enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing systems to boost efficiency, visibility, and operational performance. Additionally, the role includes translating business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams and solution partners, coordinating solution adoption through testing, user acceptance, training, and change management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis or business systems support
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, JDE or other leading enterprise resource planning platforms
Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, quality and / or finance processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to gather requirements, align stakeholders and turn business needs into clear, actionable solutions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, confidently balancing multiple priorities while staying focused on quality, service and results
Must be either a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder) or otherwise classifiable as a U.S. person under relevant regulations.
