The IT Business Analyst, Digital Consumer Experience partners with the Digital Consumer Experience Product Manager to translate business strategy into executable digital requirements across Trex’s enterprise ecosystem (CMS, eCommerce, PIM, CRM, DAM, and related integrations). This role plays a critical part in driving clarity across complex, cross-platform initiatives by leading discovery sessions, documenting end-to-end requirements, mapping business processes and data flows, and ensuring delivered solutions align to business outcomes and technical feasibility. This is not a ticket writer role. This is a systems thinker who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and technical architecture.
