About the Team: The IT team is responsible for the full scope of computing infrastructure, end-user systems, servers, virtualization, cloud, networking, software services, telecommunications, and information security. You’ll support every function across the company, from the production floor to flight operations, enabling Relativity’s world-class team to design, build, and launch rockets. About the Role: We are looking for an IT Associate to join our growing Service Desk team at our rocket launching facilities in Long Beach, CA. In this role, you will be working closely with Systems Administrators and Systems Engineers in IT Operations, alongside other IT Associates on the Service Desk team. You will be an IT “jack-of-all-trades”, continuously enhancing your various IT and Service Desk competencies. This is a hands-on position where you will support the desktop computer experience, launch systems computational and network resources, and bleeding-edge aerospace experts.
