About The Position

ATTC is seeking an experienced IT Assistant Manager to lead and support all aspects of our information technology operations. This role is responsible for managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and technology projects while providing leadership to the IT team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day support of our manufacturing operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with Hikvision camera systems
  • Experience with Avaya phone systems
  • Experience with Barracuda backup, email security, or content filtering solutions
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Technical experience with the following: Windows Server administration, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP, Network administration including VLANs, Layer 2/Layer 3 switching, and VPNs, Cisco firewalls and routers, Ubiquiti networking equipment, Enterprise backup and disaster recovery systems, Cybersecurity tools and endpoint protection

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all IT operations across the organization
  • Develop and execute technology initiatives that align with company goals
  • Manage IT projects, budgets, and technology investments
  • Maintain and enhance ERP, EDI, MRO, and other business-critical systems
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of network infrastructure
  • Oversee servers, storage systems, firewalls, wireless networks, and cloud services
  • Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Monitor and strengthen cybersecurity measures, endpoint protection, and access controls
  • Design and maintain network architecture, including VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify technology needs and improvement opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and support IT team members
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
  • Performs other duties as assigned
