About The Position
This position is for Bob Jones University and Bob Jones Academy students only. The IT Assets Technician is responsible for the provisioning and disposition of hardware and software assets.
Requirements
- Good Working knowledge of operating systems (Microsoft Windows and Apple OS), computer hardware and software installation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good analytical skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Computer system imaging and sanitation; software installation
- Hardware and software troubleshooting; data recovery
- Receiving and distributing assets
- Processing retired assets
- Updating asset record information
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
