The Information Technology Asset Management Hardware Analyst serves as a technical consultant and coordinator for complex hardware asset management projects and large service requests within Information Technology initiatives. This IT Asset Management Hardware Analyst will support IT construction projects and may require onsite involvement depending on the project. For example, for clinic relocations, you would ensure all IT requirements are incorporated during the clinic design phase. You would also participate in key construction-related decisions before building begins. This role involves leading projects, optimizing asset utilization, collaborating with IT and procurement teams, and providing expert guidance on hardware lifecycle management. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive analysis and modeling, recommending optimal technical solutions to project teams and program managers, and ensuring clear, concise requirements are captured from customers. The Analyst is accountable for coordinating execution workflows, facilitating solution design, scheduling resources to align project work, and communicating projected labor requirements to delivery teams and leadership. Effective communication with various departments, vendors, and leadership is essential to ensure accurate asset tracking, timely delivery, and deployment of hardware, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
