About The Position

Oversees the full lifecycle of IT assets to ensure accurate tracking, accountability, and optimal utilization. Supports asset management system implementation, assists with audits, and coordinates with IT teams and vendors for procurement, deployment, and disposal activities. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining detailed records and preparing reports on asset status, usage, and financial impact. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve asset management processes, enhance operational efficiency, and mitigate risks associated with asset tracking and inventory management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals in a networked environment required
• Industry-standard technical certifications (A+, Microsoft, Asset Management, Apple) required
• 3+ years of experience managing IT asset lifecycle and inventory
• Knowledge of asset management systems and compliance policies
• Experience coordinating procurement, audits, and disposal activities
• Strong reporting and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with IT and business units

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with healthcare information systems preferred
