About The Position

This role requires in-depth knowledge and experience across multiple technology disciplines with the ability to define, support, and enhance IT infrastructure and associated services in alignment with IT strategy and business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years related experience in functional area
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced technical mastery in at least one area of specialty with overall exposure to at least 3 of the following: Linux Windows Networks Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.) Virtual server platforms Telephony and IVR technologies Automation and scripting
• Experience supporting business development activities
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Relevant industry certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Participates in the definition of future technology architecture and strategy
• Provides technology support and mentors other team members across the company’s technology infrastructure including platform, network, voice, application, and database services.
• Partners with team members to design and document proof-of-concept, prototype, and reference architectures to support the planning, deployment, and management of technology solutions.
• Documents and analyzes business systems and processes.
• Identifies technology needs.
• Designs, revises, optimizes, and implements automated and self-service solutions.
• Interfaces with vendors and drives activities for product and service evaluation, purchase, and support activities.
• Ensures IT solutions meet business needs while adhering to established company standards, policies, methodologies, and industry best practices
• Stays abreast of emerging technologies and capabilities.
• Builds relationships with technical and business teams to understand their needs, priorities, roadmap, and definition of success.
• Effectively develop and communicate documentation intended for both business and technical audiences.
• Provide technical oversight for internal and business projects.
