Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• None required (for Work Experience)
• Ability to: take initiative, demonstrate a positive attitude with an eagerness to learn, and be adaptable
• Ability to: apply basic arithmetic: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and/or advanced math, algebra, and/or statistical methods
• Ability to: communicate, exchange written and verbal information and/or instructions
• Ability to: contribute critical thinking skills, work well in teams, have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Interest in technology, innovation, and continuous learning
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and technology-related coursework is beneficial
• None required (for Licenses and Certifications)

Responsibilities

• Support IT applications, systems, and technology initiatives
• Assist with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and data management activities
• Contribute to projects that improve operational efficiency and data security
• Gain exposure to IT infrastructure, software solutions, and project coordination
• Learn from experienced mentors while building valuable business and technical skills
