Requirements

Expertise in application software solutions
Ability to work with business analysts, architects, technical experts, and software vendors
Skills in solution requirements, design, configuration, functionality gap resolution, implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement of applications
Ability to analyze and evaluate application functionality
Ability to document recommendations for improving business processes
Ability to determine and document application setup and configuration

Responsibilities

Assists in the analysis and evaluation of application functionality.
Documents recommendations to increase utilization of standard application functionality to improve business processes and capabilities.
Contributes to the determination and documentation of optimum application setup and configuration to meet functional requirements and specifications.
Configures and verifies application setup and configuration.
Develops expertise in emerging application and solution trends and functionality.
Provides functional recommendations for assigned applications and systems.
Contributes to the analysis of potential application solutions.
Able to document recommended solutions to address functionality gaps in the application.
Works with vendors to improve application functionality and resolve functionality issues.
Documents and reviews functional, architecture and technical requirements and designs for process owners, business analysts, and architects.
Contributes knowledge and serves as a contact resource for content, processes, procedures and functionality associated with assigned applications for projects and application support (as needed).
Documents functional specifications for a given project from which programs and configurations will be applied to create the program, application, or complete solution.
