The IT Applications Analyst acts as the technical liaison for all technology for the assigned business lines. This role partners with business lines to address business and technology needs and/or deficiencies involving process, products, or technology. The analyst will build strong relationships with internal partners, develop use cases and technical solutions, perform application configuration and maintenance, and serve as a subject matter expert on systems to assist with application upgrades, releases, and enhancements. They will support the business line by investigating operations-related problems and inquiries, recommending and implementing solutions, and assisting with vendor management activities. Additionally, the role provides phone and electronic ticket support for primary end users, both on-site and remote, and manages the Help Desk Ticket system, projects, and documentation, including standard operating procedures. The analyst will also create reports, perform project coordination, and communicate statuses via various channels. This role includes attending meetings as the IT representative, creating help desk tickets, and developing standard operating procedures. Departmental policy and procedure administrative responsibilities include gathering project information, analyzing requirements, creating and editing policy documentation, coordinating with process owners and Risk Management/compliance, understanding and translating IT operational concepts, managing documentation approval processes, escalating roadblocks, maintaining audit trails, and providing exceptional customer service. Participation in a rotating Saturday morning coverage and weekend on-call rotation is also required.
