IT Applications Analyst - Labware
About The Position

We are seeking an IT Applications Analyst (Associate through Senior level) to join our IOPS IT team, supporting the configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of critical IT applications and systems. In this role, you will serve as a technical partner to business stakeholders — designing solutions, troubleshooting applications, and ensuring compliant processes — while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Quality, Lab Operations, and IT. Requirements
- BS/BA in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Associate IT Applications Analyst: 0–2 years of relevant experience
- IT Applications Analyst: 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Senior IT Applications Analyst: 5+ years of relevant experience; level determined based on qualifications
Nice To Haves
- LabWare Configuration Using LIMS Basic and/or LabWare ELN V4 certification
- AWS infrastructure and large-scale enterprise database management
- Familiarity with compliant system development practices in a GMP or regulated environment
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software and enterprise system solutions by analyzing user requirements, assessing system integration impacts, and following Regeneron's software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Coordinate across business departments to gather, prioritize, and implement enhancement requests and system requirements for various applications
- Own IT Applications documentation including User Requirement Specifications, Detail Design Specifications, Configuration Test Plans, and Summary Reports
- Perform design, code, and architecture reviews; process change control requests in alignment with compliant system management practices
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues at the application, server, and infrastructure level; monitor development and production service issues to assist support teams
- Administer and maintain production systems including recurring system administrative tasks and AWS infrastructure support
- Write and execute queries against large-scale enterprise databases; configure tabular, trend, and label reports
- Bring creativity and resourcefulness to complex problems — working independently or collaboratively to simplify processes, design elegant solutions, and thrive in an evolving environment
