Provide exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solving complex problems for clients. Work with clients to drive transformational change in the way they deliver application testing services in their organizations. Plan and implement quality assurance for large complex testing projects. Work with teams members with a goal of fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Share knowledge and developing engagement tools and enablers to build capability for the practice. Develop client relationships across multiple levels. Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Learn about EY and its service lines and actively assess and present ways to apply knowledge and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field and 3 years of work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related field and 2 years of work experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a combination of at least 3 of the following technical competencies: Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation using tools such as Junit, Selenium, and/or REST Assured, Automation Framework or Architecture, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Testing, Performance Testing, Data or ETL Testing, IT Life cycle Management, IT Delivery Management.
  • 2 years of experience working for one of the following industries: Financial Services, Automotive and Transportation, Consumer Products and Retail, Diversified Industrial Products, Government and Public Sector, Health, Life Sciences, Mining and Metals, Oil and Gas, Power and Utilities, Private Equity, Professional Firms and Services, Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction, Technology, Media and Entertainment or Telecommunications.
  • A relevant industry certification including ISTQB, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP, SAP, MCSA, or CCNA.
  • Domestic travel up to 25% to serve client needs.
  • Must be a "United States worker" as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor regulations at 20 CFR 656.3.
