About The Position

This role involves documenting, defining, and delivering the new Global Capital Platform in collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders from Treasury, Controllers, and Technology teams. The position requires managing a Delaware-based Product Team, overseeing their activities, and ensuring their contributions align with project goals. Responsibilities include providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity. The role also entails conducting current state analyses of existing processes and operational models, participating in re-engineering these processes for efficiency, and redesigning workflows with best practices to optimize performance and reduce redundancies. A key aspect of this role is leading the test management for the Global Capital Platform, which includes developing test plans, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring all functionalities meet quality standards before deployment. Additionally, the role involves creating written user training guides and materials to facilitate user adoption of new platforms, developing training resources for various user needs, and leading stakeholder engagement efforts such as conducting surveys and showcasing new capabilities to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

7 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, Operator Intelligence, or related occupation.
Three (3) years of experience interpreting and implementing Global Regulatory Capital regulations and translating them into front to back operating models to support business processes.
Three (3) years of experience designing user interfaces using FIGMA to provide foundational capabilities and analytical insights to internal stakeholders.
Three (3) years of experience performing data manipulation, data structuring, data design flow, and business process optimization using Databricks and Lucid.
Two (2) years of experience in process re-engineering, including redesigning workflows and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
One (1) year of experience developing test plans, executing test cases, and test management of software implementations.
Any amount of experience conducting data analysis and current state assessments to identify process efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Any amount of experience integrating data visualization tools including Tableau, Alteryx and Qlik Sense with datasets that have record counts over 10 million housed on Databricks.
Any amount of experience automating reports using SQL or ETL.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder engagement efforts including conducting surveys and showcasing new capabilities to gather feedback and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
