Support technical solutions for Marketing and Sales Systems. Duties include: serve as liaison between business partners and application development team members to analyze, document and validate requirements; interpret and document business partner needs into functional requirements; develop technical specifications and organizational processes aligned with defined project goals; review application issues and challenges, informing IT's business partners of status and expected resolutions; track and manage new application requests, change requests, and open issues for supported business processes; ensure that appropriate approvals and documentation for change control and problem management are retained; document business process flows and data flows; create and execute test plans for small to mid-sized system changes; and, assist business partners with test creation, execution, and reporting.
