About The Position
We are Ohana Pacific Health, Hawaii's largest, locally owned post-acute healthcare company. Our vision is to transform how healthcare is provided throughout Hawaii. We are looking for a passionate IT Analyst to join our Information Technology (IT) Shared Services Team. The IT Analyst is primarily responsible for providing technical and application support to user departments, responsible for Tier 1 and 2 support of applications and other IT devices, equipment, and systems. This role involves troubleshooting problems within a department and with outside vendors, coordinating and notifying departments of downtime and anticipated changes, and assisting with implementing policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, CMS, and the State of Hawaii Department of Health.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health Care or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Two year of professional experience equivalent to an Information Technology Technician.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical and application support to user departments.
- Responsible for Tier 1 and 2 support of applications and other IT devices, equipment, and systems.
- Troubleshoots problems within a department and outside vendors.
- Coordinates and notifies department of down time and anticipated changes.
- Assist with implementing policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements, i.e. HIPAA, CMS, State of Hawaii Department of Health, etc.
