Serve as the primary administrator for AI-powered support solutions and automation tools, including knowledge management, testing, and continuous improvement. Administer and support enterprise platforms including SharePoint, Miro, Docusign, LinkedIn Learning, Adobe Creative Cloud, SnagIt, workplace security systems, AI-powered support solutions, and other Digital Workplace technologies. Manage platform configuration, user access, licensing, workflows, and integrations. Provide advanced support for enterprise platforms, working with users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve platform performance. Support software licensing, renewals, vendor relationships, contracts, and budget planning activities. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures. Participate in platform upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
