The IT Administrator II is responsible for installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting end-user computing devices, peripherals, printers, presentation equipment, software, and other technology equipment. This role supports both local and remote client devices and applications, performs repairs, and conducts diagnostics to resolve technical issues. The administrator will utilize a ticketing system to manage issues, develop user procedures, and support user accounts through Active Directory. They will also assist with technology support planning, implementation, maintenance, and documentation, collaborating with the technology team and vendors. Additional duties include performing file level recoveries, assisting with OSD systems, supporting the core infrastructure team with systems like VoIP and email, and maintaining a safe work environment.
