The IT Administrator II is responsible for installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting end-user computing devices, peripherals, printers, presentation equipment, software, and other technology equipment. This role supports both local and remote client devices and applications, performs repairs, and conducts diagnostics to resolve technical issues. The IT Administrator II utilizes a ticketing system to manage issues to resolution, develops procedures for users, and supports user accounts through Active Directory. This position also assists with the planning, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of technology support, collaborates with technology team members and vendors, and performs file-level recoveries. Additionally, the role assists in maintaining OSD systems and supports the core infrastructure team with systems like VoIP and email. A safe and clean work environment is maintained, and other duties as assigned may be performed.
