About The Position

The TCFSH Systems/Application Analyst will support the internal systems and applications for The Center for Family Safety and Healing. Responsibilities will include: Account management for new user access and user account adjustments for applications and system, verifying user permission accuracy. Collaborating with technical supervisor for support on system changes. Improving outcomes for patients and families through best practice system enhancements and design. Third-party vendor interaction: Submitting support tickets, attending build and implementation discussions, training, and account overview with third party application vendors. This position will be a hybridemote position including some onsite and some remote work from home. Analyzes, designs, implements, and maintains systems to support business requirements. Ability to work flexible schedules to meet job requirements; requires 24/7 on call after-hours support.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience, required.
  • Familiarity with data management systems and spreadsheet, database, and presentation graphics knowledge.
  • Technical aptitude with working knowledge of application functionality and integration between desktop clients and servers, including applications, databases, storage, and web services.
  • Must have a basic understanding of all technology hardware and interfaces as it relates to healthcare medical, business and/or clinical systems.
  • Basic working knowledge of client-server.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to problem solve, and communicate complex problems.
  • Position requires the ability to interact effectively with customers and information systems personnel across the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • ITIL certification or training, preferred.
  • 3 years of combined experience providing information technology support, or equivalent education, preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment, preferred.
  • Experience with relational databases and data analysis, preferred.
  • Experience in designing user interfaces, preferred.
  • Push or pull items up to 100lbs, Push or pull items > 100lbs with assistance, Lift or carry items up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Carries out systems analysis and translates business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Tests and debugs systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for systems issues.
  • Designs and develops new systems by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, and diagrams.
  • Maintains documentation of system design, testing, and implementation.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems are integrated and aligned with business needs.
  • Trains end-users to use new or modified software or applications.
  • Stays up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of information systems to ensure that systems are optimized and efficient.
