About The Position

Andy's Sprinkler & Drainage is a leading irrigation and drainage company in Texas, experiencing rapid growth. They are seeking an experienced sales professional for a 100% commission role, designed for closers with uncapped income potential. The company boasts a strong lead volume and high average ticket prices for irrigation and drainage projects. The role involves running sales consultations, identifying customer needs, presenting solutions with financing options, managing the full sales cycle, and building client relationships. Sales activities will be managed using ServiceTitan.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-home or field sales experience, you've sat across the table and closed
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable presenting premium solutions at premium prices
  • Strong communication skills — you listen first, pitch second
  • Self-motivated and accountable; you treat your territory like a business
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home services, irrigation, landscaping, or construction is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

  • Run residential and commercial sales consultations (in-home and on-site)
  • Identify irrigation, drainage, and water management needs and present solutions
  • Prepare and present Good-Better-Best proposals with financing options
  • Own the full sales cycle from first appointment to signed agreement
  • Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
  • Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Use ServiceTitan to manage your pipeline, track activity, and close deals
