About The Position

This position is for an IP Litigation / Life Sciences Associate with prior work experience in a biotechnology practice. The role requires a degree in a life sciences technology area such as biochemistry, biology, chemistry, biomedical science, chemical engineering, molecular biology, or pharmacy. The firm is looking for individuals who are independent thinkers with the capacity to assume increasing responsibility within a highly successful litigation practice. Key attributes include strong research, writing, and analytical skills, the ability to manage and mentor junior associates, strong management and organizational skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Ideal candidates will have prior experience handling and preferably managing Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharmaceutical cases in district court or before the PTAB. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials from an accredited law school and be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
