IP Hourly Production Associate
About The Position
International Paper is seeking an IP Hourly Manufacturing/Production Associate for their Bowling Green Box Facility. This is a full-time, hourly position working a 12-hour night shift on a 24/7 rotating schedule. The role involves safely operating machinery, practicing good housekeeping, reading factory orders, setting up orders which may include carrying tooling, utilizing basic shop math, and performing consistent quality and count inspections of product. Accurate completion of quality and administrative document checks is also required. Candidates must be available to work overtime as needed.
Requirements
- The ability to perform the duties/responsibilities of the job with or without accommodation.

- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- At least one year minimum of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Stable work history
- Good attendance record

- Desire to produce quality work as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the corrugated industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Safely operating machinery
- Practicing housekeeping
- Reading Factory orders
- Setting up orders, which may include carrying tooling (i.e. ink buckets, printing dies and cutting dies) to machine centers
- Utilizing basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment
- Consistent quality and count of inspection of product
- Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed
- Availability to work overtime as needed
