  • Experience in administrative work, invoicing, billing, or accounting support
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Experience in distribution, supply chain, or related industries
  • Familiarity with order processing or sales support

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Review orders for correct pricing, quantities, and details
  • Work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies quickly
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks
