About The Position

The Invoice Compliance Analyst will join the Revenue & Compliance team in a hybrid role based in Urbandale, Iowa, with a minimum of six days per month in the office. This contract-to-hire position is expected to last 8–12 months. The analyst will audit revenue documentation, work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements. The role includes organizational visibility, opportunities to present findings to leadership, and opportunities to mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field; an Associate’s degree with relevant experience is also considered.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly for reconciliations and compliance reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work on time in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

• Oracle experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit revenue documentation and reconcile client records for compliance with corporate policies, carrier agreements, SOX, SSAE16, tax regulations, and U.S. and local GAAP.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to obtain or update missing or inaccurate documentation needed to complete audits.
• Prepare or analyze accounting reports and consolidated statements to reconcile revenue for client records.
• Present findings to client teams and senior managers as needed.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting internal accounting policies and onshore/offshore team transitions.
• Contribute to process improvements for revenue review and invoicing functions.
• Review and guide the work of junior accountants and offshore staff.
• Provide functional advice and training to colleagues and client teams as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
