About The Position

Mizuho | Greenhill’s ten-week Summer Analyst program offers students the opportunity to work at a global bank expanding its U.S. presence. The San Francisco placement is in Technology. Summer Analysts are immersed in the daily activities of their groups and work side-by-side with Senior Bankers on live projects for existing and prospective clients, including financing and advisory transactions. The program aims to hire interns as full-time analysts after graduation; for candidates receiving a return offer, the analyst role is scheduled to start in July 2029. The program begins with a one-week intensive training program in New York covering financial analysis, accounting, and valuation. Development continues throughout the summer through project work with industry coverage professionals and organized networking opportunities with peers, mentors, and senior bankers. The role involves financial modeling, research, client presentation development, and participation in financing and M&A transaction work.
