About The Position

William Blair is hiring a 2027 Investment Banking Enterprise Value Debt Summer Analyst to join the recently acquired Armentum Partners team. The nine-week summer program provides the opportunity to work alongside analysts, associates, and senior bankers across sector coverage groups; take on the functions of a full-time analyst; and gain direct client exposure in a collaborative, accountable culture. Summer analysts are evaluated throughout the program for opportunities in the full-time class upon graduation. Applicants must be willing to be located in San Francisco. William Blair is not currently hiring candidates who now or in the future require employment visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation between December 2027 and July 2028.
• General understanding of accounting and finance.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability in an ever-changing environment and the ability to manage change with emotional maturity.
• High motivation, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to be located in San Francisco.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above is preferred, although applicants with other GPAs are also welcome.
