About The Position
The KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) Summer Analyst Program offers a unique opportunity for rising juniors to gain significant "hands-on" experience and exposure to senior bankers and clients. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training and experience across all phases of transaction execution, from initial pitches to final closings. As a direct pipeline for full-time Analyst positions, successful completion of the program offers excellent potential for returning to KBCM upon graduation to launch a career in capital markets.
Requirements
- Rising juniors enrolled in a four-year, undergraduate degree program with coursework in finance, economics or accounting graduating by May of 2028
- Minimum 3.5 GPA
- Strong quantitative and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis on public and private companies: comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, leveraged and discounted cash flow analysis.
- Assist in drafting offering memoranda, preparing internal committee memoranda, and creating client “pitch books”, management and board presentations.
Benefits
- Weekly salary of $1,730 per week
- Eligible for overtime compensation
