Requirements

  • An outstanding academic record.
  • A major in Finance or Accounting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially in Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • An ability to focus on detail and a passion for excellence.
  • A strong work ethic and a capacity for teamwork.

  • We use approved AI tools to support research, organize and synthesize information, develop and refine written materials, assist with analysis, and improve repeatable tasks.
  • Team members are expected to combine these capabilities with financial knowledge and professional judgment to produce accurate, useful work efficiently.
  • Strong practical understanding of how to use AI in a work environment is required for this full-time internship.
  • You should be able to structure research and analytical tasks, provide useful context, refine prompts and outputs, and check the resulting work.
  • Examples from coursework, independent projects, or prior internships are welcome; extensive prior professional experience is not required.
  • Be prepared to explain your approach using public or non-confidential information.
  • You remain accountable for every deliverable.
  • Verify facts, sources, calculations, and assumptions; recognize unsupported or misleading outputs; and know when independent analysis or human review is required.
  • Use only firm-approved tools and follow confidentiality and data-handling requirements.
  • Never enter client, deal, personal, or proprietary information into an AI system without authorization.
  • AI proficiency complements sound accounting, valuation, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team in the preparation of pitch materials, info memos, buyer lists and data rooms.
  • Creation of market and business analyses in the context of M&A transactions.
  • Database and market research.
  • Preparing company valuations, using a variety of valuation methods.
