About The Position

Strong practical understanding of how to use AI in a work environment is required for this full-time internship. You should be able to structure research and analytical tasks, provide useful context, refine prompts and outputs, and check the resulting work. Examples from coursework, independent projects, or prior internships are welcome; extensive prior professional experience is not required. Be prepared to explain your approach using public or non-confidential information. You remain accountable for every deliverable. Verify facts, sources, calculations, and assumptions; recognize unsupported or misleading outputs; and know when independent analysis or human review is required. Use only firm-approved tools and follow confidentiality and data-handling requirements. Never enter client, deal, personal, or proprietary information into an AI system without authorization. AI proficiency complements sound accounting, valuation, writing, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- An outstanding academic record.
- A major in Finance or Accounting.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially in Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills.
- An ability to focus on detail and a passion for excellence.
- A strong work ethic and a capacity for teamwork.
- Strong practical understanding of how to use AI in a work environment is required for this full-time internship.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the team in the preparation of pitch materials, info memos, buyer lists and data rooms.
- Creation of market and business analyses in the context of M&A transactions.
- Database and market research.
- Preparing company valuations, using a variety of valuation methods.
