Requirements

  • Graduating seniors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Accounting
  • Strong academic credentials (3.5+ GPA preferred).
  • Passion for markets, investing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, or R.
  • Experience working with large datasets.
  • Interest in pursuing the CFA designation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor institutional client portfolios, reviewing performance, attribution, and positioning.
  • Participate in due diligence on existing and prospective managers, evaluating strategies across asset classes.
  • Assist with presentations, respond to client requests, and contribute to portfolio reviews.
  • Track economic and market developments, support risk management, and evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams and engage with external managers, auditors, and custodians.
  • Present findings in internal investment meetings and contribute to firm-wide discussions.
