The Office of Investments is seeking an Analyst to join our collaborative operations team, working alongside pothers who value intellectual curiosity and teamwork. Team orientation, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity are highly valued. The Investment Operations Analyst supports the Investment Office’s operational data management and reporting needs. Reporting to a manager and working closely with senior analysts, the Analyst assists with internal controls, data collection, reconciliation, reporting, and documentation. The role requires conceptual knowledge of practices and procedures within the discipline, typically gained through a college degree or equivalent experience, and builds proficiency by performing structured work assignments under supervision. For Analysts interested in further education, the University provides financial support for pursuing an MBA at the Booth School of Business and the CFA Charterholder designation.
