About The Position

Join us in the Investment Research Group Analyst Program. This is a 3-year program, during which the analyst supports the Investment Research Group (IRG) in full asset allocation, manager selection and monitoring, risk management, and other investment decisions for our clients’ portfolios. Analysts will gain exposure to every stage of the investment process, from initial manager screening and due diligence to partnering with best-in-class managers, while monitoring existing managers on the BBH platform acting as generalists. This is a rare opportunity to accelerate your career in a highly competitive and sought-after industry while establishing a strong foundation of investing, analytics, research, and presentation skills. BBH manages approximately $50 billion in assets on behalf of high-net-worth and endowment and foundation clients. IRG leverages extensive experience to actively scour the investment universe and conduct due diligence to find those select few that meet our high bar for inclusion in our portfolios. With a focus on the long-term, IRG takes a quality-oriented approach to investing, and seeks to partner with like-minded managers who share in our belief that performing deep due diligence is key to understanding what they own and why.
