We serve as a resource to clients over the course of the partnership. This capital is provided through either private placements, senior secured loans, and mezzanine financings. Our private credit business specifically manages over $100 billion across 15 offices globally. Requirements

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required
  • All majors welcome but prefer candidates with demonstrated experience/interest in financial markets
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills
  • Must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration (Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position)

Responsibilities
