2027 Global Private Bank Investment Solutions Program (Full-Time Analyst)
About The Position
This program is designed for individuals who enjoy building relationships and developing innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment. As part of the Advisor Training Program, you will join a team committed to client relationships and making significant contributions to the business through customized wealth management solutions. You will collaborate with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists. Throughout the program, you will gain knowledge of the business and clients while developing your own expertise. As a Solutions Analyst Trainee in Global Private Bank, you will work with investment professionals focused on structuring creative and opportunistic investment ideas to meet clients' portfolio objectives across various asset classes. Specialists are responsible for market strategy, alternative investments, fixed income, equities, FX, and commodities. Solutions Analysts will be involved in research and analysis, utilizing proprietary models, and assisting with product development and portfolio construction. Networking across the firm is encouraged to explore opportunities and consider future career moves. Post-program, many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates, fostering long-term careers.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Attend college/university in the U.S.
- Expected graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no employment-based immigration sponsorship offered, including OPT or CPT)
- Highly driven person who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Highly inquisitive, focused and proactive
- Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information
