About The Position

Join Swiss Re's Graduates Program and become part of the Financial Markets Program (FMP), our flagship rotational program designed to develop the next generation of investment professionals. This opportunity is designed primarily for recent undergraduate talent, though candidates with relevant master’s or doctoral degrees may also be considered. If you have no more than three years of professional experience and fit this description, we invite you to apply to our graduates@swissre program 2027. Through a combination of structured on-the-job and off-the-job learning, you will accelerate your development while building technical and leadership skills in a world-leading reinsurance organization. The selected candidate will join the Financial Markets Program (FMP), Swiss Re Asset Management's flagship rotational program for early-career analysts who aspire to build a long-term career in investing across markets, asset classes, and real-world risks. At Swiss Re, our investment work is central to how we create value and keep our promises to clients. We manage a large, sophisticated portfolio designed to support claims payments, generate investment income and match the different risks we take across life and health, property and casualty, specialty lines and global currencies. You will rotate across several investment teams spanning public and private markets, gaining first-hand experience across the investment lifecycle. Working alongside experienced investment professionals, you will analyze markets, contribute to investment decisions and help solve real business challenges from day one. Alongside your rotations, you will benefit from structured training, mentoring, regular coaching, exposure to senior leaders and support towards the CFA qualification. By the end of the program, you will have developed a broad understanding of institutional investing, built a strong internal network, and established the foundation for a specialized career within Swiss Re Asset Management. As an Investment Analyst in the FMP, you will develop a 360° view of investment management within insurance while contributing across the investment value chain. You’ll follow a development plan tailored to your strengths, with structured feedback and visibility across Swiss Re Asset Management.
