About The Position

Ethos Risk Services is a leading insurance claims investigation and medical management company specializing in surveillance and fraud detection. The company provides accurate data and actionable insights to help clients make better decisions. The Experienced Field Investigator conducts surveillance and investigative activities to identify potentially fraudulent insurance claims. The role includes stationary and mobile surveillance, obtaining video and photographic evidence, and preparing detailed reports for clients. Investigators review preliminary reports and case information before assignments, conduct covert surveillance from their vehicles, and prepare court-ready reports of activities and findings. At the end of the day, they submit case reports and upload video footage using a personal laptop. They work with field supervisors and operations teams, receiving regular guidance and mentorship. Assignments are generally intended to be within a two-hour drive of the investigator’s residence, but longer travel and occasional overnight stays may be required; overnight stays are covered by the company.
