This position is open to current and active ADOT employees only. The Investigator 3 will testify in administrative law hearings and/or court appearances as an "expert", deputy custodian of records witness, and partner with the Department of Public Safety to certify new ignition interlock devices. This role assists with record compliance duties and serves as the subject matter expert on customer records. Travel in and out of state may be required when testifying on Motor Vehicle Division records or pending cases. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
