About The Position

To perform investigations for the pharma-biotech industry supporting the complaints system. This role involves leading and managing investigations, performing data analysis and trending of information to detect signals proactively and take appropriate actions on time. The specialist will summarize closed investigations into the database accurately, ensuring they are concise, clear, and science-based by reviewing and approving them. Additionally, the role includes following up on corrective actions derived from investigations through completion and is responsible for conducting and documenting the investigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science
• 5 years of experience in pharma-biotech investigations
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and presentation skills
• Computer literacy

• Lead and manage investigations, performing data analysis and trending of information to detect signals proactively and take appropriate actions on time.
• Summarize closed investigations into the database accurately.
• Ensure investigations are concise, clear and science-based by reviewing and approving such investigations.
• Follow-up on corrective actions derived from investigations through completion.
• Conduct and document investigations.
