Requirements

• Must reside near the Chicago, IL area.
• 3+ years of administrative, organizational, or compliance experience (healthcare or I/DD setting is a huge plus).
• Ability to obtain a Conducting Serious Incident Investigations / Level I certification within 12 months of hire is required.
• Absolute confidentiality, a calm demeanor during a crisis, and laser-focused attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full case lifecycle—from defining the scope to conducting high-stakes interviews with witnesses, victims, and alleged perpetrators.
• Lead multiple investigations simultaneously in an environment where precision and high standards are non-negotiable.
• Decode complex data and translate your findings into pristine, high-level compliance reports.
• Present your insights directly to agency executives and collaborate with federal, state, and law enforcement agencies.
