About The Position
WIS International is looking for a result driven, service-oriented Inventory Supervisor! This is an hourly paid position with increases based on performance and completion of our training curriculum. WIS International has been delivering accurate results to many of the biggest names in retail and manufacturing for more than fifty years. With more than 200,000 physical inventory counts taken every year, WIS International has become one of the largest and most trusted inventory counting and retail service providers worldwide.
Requirements
- Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Have a desire to learn the business and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.
- Ideal candidates are goal oriented, team players with good interpersonal skills and a hands-on management style.
Nice To Haves
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent supervisory experience an asset.
- Leadership and Training skills.
- Retail or Warehouse experience an asset.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of Inventory Associates.
- Provide world class service to both new and existing customers.
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
- Count inventory as part of a team when not supervising or engaged in other responsibilities.
- Work a varied schedule and travel to our customers locations.
