Requirements

  • A minimum of three (3) years of clerical work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of related work experience in a Material Management function (e.g. inventory, distribution, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Receive, stock, issue, and track inventory, performing counts, reconciling discrepancies, processing orders, and utilizing management systems.
  • Restock supplies daily and rotate inventory supporting accurate inventory levels, generating orders/requisitions as needed.
  • Distribute medical supplies and equipment to patient care areas.
  • Monitor par levels for specific products to assure that appropriate levels are established in order not to affect patient care.
  • Identify excess inventory, returning stock and processing credits; notify supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory.
  • Participate in the put away and validation process of perpetual inventory items, and issue and credit materials from the inventory management point-of-use system.
  • Label bins and handle requests to change pars; maintain clean and orderly stock locations.
