The Inventory Specialist will catalog incoming and outgoing equipment through inspections, assessments, and photographic means. They will verify shipping and receiving data, maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments involving inventory, ensure accurate data entry for push and pull inventory, monitor inventory levels, and forecast incoming and outgoing equipment as it relates to inventory control. The specialist may also assist in preparing shipping and receiving documents and maintain equipment inventory using company-specific software and related programs. This role requires a top-of-mind awareness for the safety of yourself and everyone at the job site, the ability to work in a high functioning team environment, and to display the highest levels of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
