An Inventory Specialist works with and reports to the General Manager, primarily responsible for HUB operation. This role involves a variety of tasks including pulling and shipping HUB orders on time, coordinating with store management to complete parts department cycle counts (including OUTS), plan-o-grams, stocking, callbacks, and MAXI changes. The specialist is expected to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures, and to complete all required training and attend scheduled store meetings. Under the General Manager's direction, the Inventory Specialist may also train and develop Team Members to ensure the HUB operates according to company policies. Further responsibilities include coordinating product delivery, maintaining inventories, keeping operating records, preparing daily transaction records, and ensuring compliance with security, customer service, and record-keeping policies. As a Key Holder, the individual will be responsible for task assignment and completion, safety, and opening/closing duties. The role requires competence in oral and written communications and basic math computations.
