Requirements

  • 2-5 years of inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain experience
  • Experience in a warehouse environment (wine/CPG/logistics preferred)
  • Proficiency with inventory/WMS systems and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
  • A High School education or GED is required
  • Regularly required to stand and walk throughout the shift
  • Frequently required to use hands and finger dexterity
  • Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, or climb
  • Ability to lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records within WMS system
  • Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
  • Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning
  • Ensure proper product labeling, storage, and organization
  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments
  • Coordinate put-away, transfers, and order allocation
  • Support picking, packing, and shipping as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operating procedures
  • Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inventory inquiries
  • Research and respond to inventory discrepancies, order issues, and adjustments
  • Communicate inventory status, availability, and exceptions to customers and internal teams
  • Partner with account management and operations to resolve issues quickly
  • Generate inventory reports and analysis (shrinkage, turns, aging, etc.)
  • Maintain data integrity within inventory systems
  • Assist with process improvements and system enhancements
  • Other duties as assigned
