About The Position

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support its manufacturing operations. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory, monitoring material movements, and ensuring the timely availability of materials needed for production. The Inventory Specialist will work within the MATERI'ACT division, which focuses on sustainable materials and contributes to FORVIA's CO₂ reduction goals. This position offers an opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation in clean technologies and next-generation materials, collaborating with leading automotive brands to shape the future of vehicles.

Requirements

• Minimum English language required.
• Good Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors degree in industrial or supply-chain management highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Experience in the compound/plastics/materials industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies.
• Enter and update inventory transactions in SAP.
• Monitor material receipts, transfers, and consumption.
• Support Operation, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
• Prepare basic inventory reports.
• Help improve inventory accuracy and material flow.
• Follow company inventory and safety procedures.
